The questions agencies actually ask — answered by the clinician who built this.

How fast can we actually go live?

Same day, usually within the hour. Your only step is forwarding your after-hours (or main) line to your dedicated TrueTime number — a 2-minute setting on your phone system. No IT project, no software install, no training sessions. Turn the forwarding off anytime and everything reverts instantly to exactly how it was.

Is this only for after-hours answering?

After-hours is just the front door — the same AI care team makes your OUTBOUND calls too. For home health: welcome calls to every new admission (setting expectations before the first visit), appointment reminders, between-visit patient check-ins that catch problems early, and post-discharge follow-ups that keep you connected after the episode ends. For hospice: caregiver check-ins, IDG follow-ups, and structured bereavement outreach on the schedule CMS expects — the program most agencies struggle to run consistently. Every call type is scripted in plain English, approved by you, and can be scheduled to go out automatically. Most agencies start with after-hours and turn on outbound call types one at a time.

Can I try it before committing to anything?

Yes — right now, without talking to anyone. Call (945) 300-5980 and Sophia answers. Talk to her like a family member calling at 2am; try to stump her; ask her a medication question and listen to what she refuses to do. Then your first month is free — full product, no card required to start, cancel anytime.

Do we need to dedicate staff time to this?

No. There is no dashboard you have to babysit and no scripts you have to write. You describe how you want calls handled in plain English — 'mention our chaplain services,' 'transfers go to Maria's cell' — and it's live the same day, done for you. Your team's involvement is reading a message summary email and answering the phone when a real clinical call is warmly transferred to your on-call nurse.

What results should we expect — and how will we know?

You won't have to take our word for anything: your dashboard tracks it live from day one — every call answered in one ring, after-hours calls covered, messages captured, warm transfers to your team, and the number administrators care about most: interruptions your on-call nurses no longer absorb. At day 30 we review those numbers with you against your before-picture — missed after-hours calls, answering-service invoices, nurse callback burden — so the renewal decision is made by your data, not our pitch. The long-term scoreboard is your CAHPS 'timely help' score, the survey measure most directly tied to how fast families reach a real answer at 2am. If the 30-day numbers don't make it obvious, you walk away having paid nothing.

Does it give medical advice?

Never — and this is enforced in the system, not just promised. The AI is hard-blocked from medication guidance of any kind (even 'keep taking it' counts as advice and is prohibited). Clinical questions are triaged into three lanes: emergencies are told to call 911 immediately; time-sensitive questions are warm-transferred live to YOUR on-call nurse; routine questions are flagged for the visiting clinician. When in doubt, it escalates to a human. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and auditable.

What happens when a caller wants a real person?

They get one — fast. The moment a caller asks for a person, sounds frustrated, or has an urgent need, Sophia takes their name and callback number in one quick question, then warm-transfers: the caller holds with her while your on-call phone rings, she briefs your team member on who's calling and why, then connects them. If nobody answers, she apologizes, takes a complete message, and promises a callback — no caller is ever stranded in silence.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

It's built HIPAA-first by a clinician. Conversations live only in BAA-covered systems; caller identity is verified before any patient details are shared; notifications that leave the secure boundary are automatically scrubbed of patient information; calls only go out 8am–9pm in the patient's own timezone; there's an absolute do-not-call list; and every action lands in a tamper-evident audit trail your surveyor can inspect.

Does it integrate with our EMR?

You don't need an integration to go live — that's the point of the one-call-forward setup, and it's why you can start today instead of after a six-month IT project. Message summaries arrive by email in real time, and your dashboard holds every call, transcript, and recording. Direct EMR integrations are on our roadmap and will be prioritized with our first agency partners.

What if there's an outage?

You're never trapped. Call-forwarding belongs to YOUR phone system — switch it off and every call instantly flows exactly as it did before us, no vendor involvement required. On our side the service runs on Google Cloud with always-on capacity, an instant kill switch, and monitoring that alerts us before you'd notice. Your continuity plan is one toggle you control.

How does pricing work?

Simple per-patient monthly pricing that scales with your census — typically $99 to $999 a month. A 10-patient hospice pays around $99; even the largest agencies pay less than half what a typical answering service charges. First month completely free, month-to-month after, cancel anytime, and your scripts and call history go with you. No setup fees, no annual contract, no per-minute surprises.

What do our families actually hear?

A warm, unhurried voice answering as YOUR agency — 'Thank you for calling Riverside Hospice' — on your dedicated line, with your agency's name registered as the outbound caller ID. Families never hit a phone tree, never wait on hold, and never know or care what's behind it: they got a kind human-quality answer at 2am, and that's what they tell your CAHPS survey.

Who sees our data?

You do. Your dashboard shows every call, transcript, and recording for your agency only — each agency's data is fully separated. We never use your data for anything beyond serving you, and you can request deletion at any time. Recordings stay in BAA-covered storage.
